About Dr. Lavigne

Board-certified orthodontist. Accredited Member of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Courtney ran a cosmetic and restorative practice in the Boston suburbs for a decade. She served as visiting faculty at Spear Education and earned AACD accreditation. Then she sold the practice and returned to residency at Tufts to become a board-certified orthodontist.

Today she is the only clinician in the country who is both a board-certified orthodontist and an AAACD Accredited Member. She leads Anchor Orthodontics in Rhode Island and teaches the bridge between restorative and orthodontic work.
